Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic-The Final

A clock at Lake Merced Gold Course
Will be finishing up my blogs on the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic. Got some so-called Selfies that I took. I was hanging out between the 12th green and 13th tee and asked some players if I could take their pic and they did:

Cydney Clarton

Morgan Pressel
Paula Creamer
Chella Choi
Stacey Lewis
Ai Miyazato
And the tourney winner-Lydia Ko
And here is some other pics of the event:

Looking down from the 13th tee
Looking on the 18th green from the grandstand
Looking from the first tee box
And they had a lot of cool art on the course:

Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic Pro-Am-Part Deux

Christina Kim singing some autographs.
Here is part deux of the Swinging Skirts LPGA Pro-Am. I found a great place on 13th tee and most of the shots are from there:

Michelle Wie hitting off the 10 tee
Karrie Webb pondering a shot
San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee hitting a bunker shot
Paula Creamer hitting off the 13th tee
Sandra Gal on the 13th tee
Stacy Lewis hitting her tee shot on 13
Lydia Ko watching her tee shot at 13
Part III will be the stars of LPGA who posed for me-kind selfies that I got.

Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic Pro-Am-Part I

I went to the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic Pro-Am at the Lake Merced Golf Course and had a great time. The Pro-Am day was the only day to that fans were able to bring their cameras in and take pics. I got really lucky in taking a lot of great pics. I found a great spot between the 12th green and and the 13th tee box  and all of the golfers were  really super nice when I asked them to to take a pic at that location. Also, just walking the course was cool. This will be a three or four-part blog as I want to share to my pics:

Lydia Ko on the practice putting green
Sandra Gal
Lizette Salas working on her putting
Jessica Korda talking to her caddie
Ai Miyazato
Imbree Park
Suzanne Petterson pondering her tee shot
Michelle Wie telling people to get behind the ropes
Yani Tseng teeing off

Hyde Street Pier

While walking near Aquatic Park, I visited the Hyde Street Pier. I had never been there, which I found interesting. It is pretty cool with all the old ships and ship parts you can see and visit. It was built for tourists but still cool:

A Steam Engine Donkey-These were on the pier and used for power when loading and unloading ships
Petamluma's Sternwheel
Old Spar's-Spar are any wooden support for rigging of a ship
Block and tackles
Of course there were old ships there:

The paddle tug- Eppleton Hall
The Balclutha
The steam tug Hercules
The Eureka
Hyde Street Pier when combined with Aquatic Park is a nice way to spend an afternoon.

Aquatic Park in San Francisco

Down near Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco is a quiet little place called Aquatic Park. Not many tourists there (as they are at Fisherman's Wharf) just a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy the views and you can swim in the Bay:

The small beach at Aquatic Park
Some of the views
Boats on the Bay

Part of the green area
Some Flowers
And it is historic:

The spot where the first ship landed in San Francisco Bay

And I got to include the seagulls
