St.Vincent De Paul Catholic Church of Petaluma

I was up in Petaluma, Ca and came by this beautiful church. It was St.Vincent De Paul Catholic and it is over 90 years old. The outside struck me first:

And they had this little memorial for the veterans in Petaluma who died while in the service

And the inside was just as beautiful:

And I had to take this picture because it is my name:

The View from 343 Sansome

I visited another one of San Francisco's Open Public Spaces and that was at 343 Sansome. It has a really cool view of some of the buildings in the city:

I love the Public Open Spaces on top of buildings that San Francisco has.

2018 San Francisco Antiquarian Book, Print and Paper Fair

Earlier this month I went to the San Francisco Antiquarian Book, Print and Paper Fair. It is one of smaller shows but it was really cool to see things (All of the books are first editions):

There was a dealer there that had some pretty cool autographs:

President Theodore Roosevelt

But the coolest thing there was this letter from Martin Luther King to the Dean of the Boston University Graduate School asking about housing. The neat this is that the letter was written before anybody knew of King:

The San Francisco Antiquarian Book, Print and Paper Fair might have been a little small in size but it had some really nice stuff.

More Street Music

If you know me, I always love to stop and listen to street music. Performers (or just regular people) who brighten my day as I walk by or stop and listen for a minute. I always try to give them a buck or two for making my day a little more cheery:

Lands End Hike

Lands End is one of the most stunning and interesting walks you will ever take in San Francisco. I started at the Legion of Honor Museum and walked the coastal trail and ended up at Ocean Beach. It is a trail that must be visited by all:

Your reward when you are done after a mile-and-half walk of the twisty trail is Ocean Beach:

The Lands End Hike is one of the most stunning and beautiful hikes you will ever have in life.
