We have many county fair around here to go to but my favorite is the Marin County Fair. They always have the most going on and the coolest things (just my view) of all the fairs around here:

Oh and the great reggae band Steel Pulse played but I will save that for later this week.
Patrick,
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! I haven't been to a fair in ages. I don't do crowds very well. Fair food is horrible for you but oh so yummy, is it not? :D The lights on the attractions and farm animals are cool. I'd love to go just to photograph everything but the busyness would drive me insane. Thanks for sharing your fun with me. Have a fototastic week!
I skipped our fair this year but yours looks way better than the one that comes here! Great shots!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lot of fun. And such yummy looking food! Marin County is such a beautiful spot.
ReplyDeleteOh I would had loved it there especially with the rides too looked like a great day :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a fairtastic week :-)
Animals, food, rides, and great exhibits - looks like such fun!
ReplyDeleteI love the nighttime photo of the ferris wheel. What a fun time you had!
ReplyDeleteI love a fair and haven't been to one in years. The country fairs with the animal judging and the cake competitions and the corn on the cob...don't get me started!
ReplyDeleteI've never been to a country fair. Looks so fun! Love the photos.
ReplyDeleteI love fairs and shows like this - but I must say that you Americans do "show food" so much better than the Aussies. When it comes to fat, sugar and salt - you excel and it always makes me hungry looking at the pictures!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up with us at MLSTL and I've shared on my SM :)
I see a reoccurring theme here...food. I'm in. I've not been to a fair in years. Looks like fun. I will say that you're a very busy person and you visit some really cool places.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Patrick. ♪♫♪♫
Looks like a lot of fun. All that crazy fair food. Yum!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun time. I like the Star Wars characters :)
ReplyDeleteThere is something special about a 'Fair' isn't there Patrick? I love the merry-go-round with it's artistic details. Thank you for sharing at #MLSTL. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteFairs look like so much fun! Your photos attest to what a great time it was.
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to visit. Looks like fun!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing at The Really Crafty Link Party this week!
Wow, there is so much to see at this fair, and the food is always good!! I haven't been to one in ages but your photos took me there today :)
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your post at 'My Corner of the World' so much this week!
My Corner of the World
That does look like a lot of fun. Gosh! It's been ages since I went to a fair.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing all your pictures.
Lovely post, Patrick. The colourful pictures at the fair remind me of the ones that we used to go to, as kids. Haven't been to one in a long time. I'd start with a ride on the Ferris wheel first. :)
ReplyDeleteThat looks like so much fun! I haven't been to a county fair in ages.
ReplyDeleteOh how I love a good county fair! We don't really have them in the UK, so I really enjoyed these pictures, Patrick. I have fond memories of them from growing up in Canada. Thank you for sharing, and for being a part of the Hearth and Soul Link Party. I hope you are having a lovely weekend! The party is back on Monday, i hope to see you there!
ReplyDeleteI want to go just to eat food now!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh how fun, Patrick! Awesome shots! :)
ReplyDeleteFairs are always fun and it's always a wonder on how to operate them.
ReplyDeleteChild Actor LA Scam
looks like a fab day out for all the family and something to enjoy as an adult on one's own. We have similar things to this in the UK, usually farming and agriculture shows #abitofeverything
