Boa Vista Pumpkin Patch

When I was driving near Applehill in Placerville, I drove by Boa Vista Pumpkin Patch and decided to stop by and take a look:

And they have some really good advice:

This was a small but nice pumpkin patch.

  2. We have lots of pumpkin patches here in BC and down in the States. Thanksgiving has come and gone here, but Halloween still demands pumpkins for decorations. - Margy

  9. The whole idea of the pumpkin patch is something that is unfamiliar to us Aussies - and I love seeing it on posts at this time of the year. Looking at your pics I'm wishing it's something that we did!

  10. So many pumpkins! We have nothing like that in Australia (as Jo mentioned above) but I always love seeing these sorts of pics (plus the ones with all the little pine trees for sale at Christmas time - something else we don't do in Oz)

  14. We will be out hunting for a pumpkin (or 2) this weekend. Love this fall tradition. Based on your photos, I'd say you had a fun outing. Those ones with the gnarly barnacles look interesting.
