Just a couple of Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos(Day of the Dead) things I have seen.
The King Library at San Jose St. had a cool Dia de Los Muertos display:
Over at the San Francisco Main Library, they just had one Dia de Los Muertos display but they had some really cool pumpkins on display:
What was cool was that the turntable actually worked. |
So Happy Halloween to all.
Wonderful spooky time

Have a fabulous day and rest of the week, Patrick. ♥
Wonderful displays. I shall never forget my first time celebrating Halloween in the USA when I was visiting about 20 years ago. Halloween is just beginning to take off in Australia, but it is a sorry affair - very commercialised and the decorations are tacky plastic (it falls in Spring here in Australia and the real pumpkins are imported and ridiculously expensive). Thanks for taking part in the "My Sunday Best" meme.
