Fall Walking

Even though it is like 80+ degrees here in the Bay Area, you still see signs of fall.

From The New Phone

Just trying out the camera on the new phone I got last month:

I was in a clothing store in San Francisco and I saw these three guys:

Still learning the camera of the new phone.

Welcome to Fall

Just some fall stuff I have seen:

And I think I will just chill with some brew from Buffalo Bill's Brew Pub in my town of Hayward and is considered the first brewpub in America. Another cool thing is that created the first Pumpkin Ale in this country in 1986.

The Work of Simon Bull

I was in Carmel and stumbled onto Gallery called Meuse that had the work of Simon Bull. Simon Bull is an English-born artist who lives in here in the States:

I had never seen his work before and I was amazed by the depth of his work. I will be looking for his work from now on.

The Last of the Colors

Just trying to savor the last colors on my walks before fall takes hold here in the Bay Area and all the color leaves us:

Just love seeing the all of the beautiful colors when I go walking. Going to miss them.

Music Monday: So Super Random

Welcome to this edition of Music Monday as it will be so very random, it may have seemed like I put a bunch of songs on a dart board and threw darts and whatever it hit I decided to choose. Not really. I have been listening to this channel on XM in the car called 1st Wave and that is where these first songs come from:

And an oldie that has been redone by the original group (Sorry, I am a huge Go's-Go's fan, have been and always will):

Finally, this is a song that has really hit home with me. I played it for my students (inner-city middle schoolers) and they didn't hate it:

I know it seems like a super random mix but it is what I have been listening to lately. Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday.
