At the Las Vegas Ballpark, they hosted a light festival called Enchant which was a dazzling display of lights:

Music Monday: Driving with the 80's

 Music Monday: Drove from the Bay Area to Las Vegas and back. It is about an eight-hour drive and I kept it on the XM station 80's on 8 and here are some of the tunes I heard:

It was a cool drive with so many great songs.

The International Test Garden in Portland was founded as a safe haven during World War I for hybrid roses in Europe. It now houses one the world's largest collection of roses and is a beautiful place to walk:

Music Monday: Be Thankful and Grateful

 Hello Folks, for this Music Monday even though I am out of town I am super grateful and thankful for anyone who has looked at this blog for like a minute. It is amazing and I can't believe I have been doing this blog thing for almost a decade now. Amazing:

What is so very cool is the people I have met on this journey and I have met a lot of super wonderful and caring people. I am so blessed.

Anyway, thanks to anyone who has read this dribble that keeps me sane and I hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I am so thankful and grateful for all of you.

Twilight at Ocean Beach

 

The middle school I teach at is about 2 miles from Ocean Beach. Sadly, I don't really go there after the school day is a lot since I am headed the other way. Recently, I decided to go there and take some pics as the sun was setting.

It was my first attempt at talking pics of the ocean and everything as the sun was setting:

It was so nice and peaceful. Something that I need to do more of.
