Music Monday: The 80's were my decade. It was when I came of age. Here are some of the sappiest tunes of that decade (or the ones that you hide out and listen to because you are embarrassed that you love them):

The Southern Pacific Brewing Company

The Southern Pacific Brewing Company gets its name from the old railroad that used to bring supplies into San Francisco and transport the products made in the city to those throughout the west. The brewery itself is located in an old warehouse that was once San Francisco's Mission District industrial heart:

Of course there is plenty of great food and drink to keep people happy:

The Coconut Fried Chicken Wings-These were killer

Cinnamon Churros with Bacon

It cool how the owners have taken an old, abandoned machine shop and turned it into a place that people can come, hang out and enjoy themselves.

Outside the Oakland Museum

I was at the Oakland Museum (which is a hidden gem) and decided to walk the grounds and they have so much cool art work outside. I didn't write down any names of the artists or the pieces names, I just wanted to enjoy them:

The Oakland Museum is a gem of a museum and one of my favorite places in the world. I feel lucky to have it near me (and be a member).

Coffee Mission

I wanted something to drink and a quiet place to do some work and I stumbled into a place called Coffee Mission and got some tea. What a cool place to enjoy the morning, do some work and drink some tea:

Artist Ian Young Presents

I was at the King Library on San Jose State's campus and I saw exhibit called "Ian Young Presents X- The Five Questions of the Unknown." I thought it was interesting. Ian Young is an artist, a illustrator, a designer and a barber. His art work is quite good:

I like his work, before I saw this exhibit I had never heard of him before but now after looking at his work I like and I am glad that I saw this exhibit.
