Walking Around the University of Nevada-Reno

 

When I was in Reno last month, I took a little walk around the University of Nevada at Reno. It is such a beautiful campus to walk around:

I didn't get every building but I was walking around and just started to take pics, never thinking I would do a blog on it. LOL. 

Riding the Rails

 

 

Just some things I saw riding Amtrak from Oakland to Reno. Loved going through the Sierra Mountains:

The Amtrak train ride from Oakland to Reno and back is something that is worth the price. It was so beautiful and relaxing.

I forgot I had these photos of the work of Chalkman. I was walking along Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco a couple of months ago and saw his work and thought it was wonderful:

When I went to Reno last month, I took Amtrak. Just some simple shots as I was going through the Sierra's and following the Truckee River:

And what is cool is that you end up getting a little glimpse of Donner Lake:
