A Visit to the Ruby Hill Winery

I am not a big drinker but when some friends wanted to go to the Ruby Hill Winery in Livermore I decided to go. Everybody thinks that Napa is the only place in California where wine is made and they are wrong. The Livermore Valley area has a bunch of wineries also:

It was a nice, relaxing day with friends.

  5. I love going to the winery! I am doing a sunset dinner at a winery in Augusta in a couple of weeks with my husband and its a summer tradition for us. That cheese/sausage plate looks good, too!

  16. I enjoy checking out local wineries. Surprisingly, they too have some of the finest wines. We often think of CA or even other countries as having the finest of wines, but sometimes the locals are satisfying enough. Thank for linking this week at Book Wino.
