Pancake Circus
I went to this place called Pancake Circus in Sacramento and it was an interesting place to eat:

Pancake Circus is an old fashioned diner with an interesting groove to it.
All I'd need to see was "pancake," and I'd be there in a shot. Bet the food was good...
