My son took me to the A's game on the day before Father's Day because he knew I wanted this:
Everybody needs a Sonny Gray solar gnome |
Angel coach Alfredo Griffin |
Scott Kazmir doing some throwing |
The A's doing exercises in the outfield |
Angles doing some stretching |
Jesse Chavez doing some throwing |
Fernando Abad |
The great Albert Pujols |
Matt Shoemaker |
O.co Coliseum |
The newest A's Hall of Famer-Tony LaRussa |
Almost game time |
I cant remember the last time I attended a ball game, I remember the peanuts and popcorn though.
ReplyDeleteSometimes that is the most important thing.
DeleteLooks like you had a beautiful day for a baseball game. I've never been to a big league game but it looks exciting. Thanks for sharing the day with us. Visiting from Fridays Blog Booster.
ReplyDeleteYou need to go. It was a great day.

It was a very fun day. You are welcome.
DeleteThe advantage of going to a game rather than seeing it on TV is soaking up the atmosphere, not that I have ever been to a ball game. Thanks for sharing your adventure with Fridays Blog Booster Party
ReplyDeleteYes, it is. I tend to get there early to take pics of the atmosphere.
DeleteSounds like a great way to spend the day. Thanks so much for sharing your post at the #AnythingGoes Link Party.

ReplyDeleteThanks, it was a wonderful time.
DeleteThanks for the memories. My dad died in 1994 at 69, he was a die hard A's fan and the only thing I wanted and cherish is his beaten up A's ball cap. I keep it on a hook in the entry of every house we've lived in since.
ReplyDeleteAwww, glad that I could be back some memories for you. That is really cool that you do that.
DeleteGlad you had a good time. Never been to a baseball game. Maybe I'll try to go when I next visit. #sharethejoy
