The 1915 Panama-Pacific Expo

The San Francisco Main Library had a cool exhibit reflecting the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition. This Expo was one of the things that brought back San Francisco from the great 1906 Earthquake. The library had a lot of treasures from it:

It is amazing that of these artifacts from the Expo  has survived in great condition 100 years. It was amazing to see.

  6. I love this kind of vintage stuff, and seeing a bit of history. And is that actual vinyl!!??? I have a few 45s that I have collected over the years. I still haven't found the right player yet (at least within my budget), but I rather miss the sound of vinyl.
