Music Monday: A Little Pop and A Little Country

Music Monday: Trying a couple of songs I have heard lately and have stuck in my head with a couple of country tunes. I know and like bluegrass music but I am not really into country that much, so I hope I don't embarrass myself here:

Hope everyone has a wonderful week.

  2. Great songs like usual. I love JT. I stood behind him (back stage) when he performed for our teachers' conference. He was a little boy at the time but still talented back then. I saw him take that famous selfie at the voting booth and wondered what he was doing. I wish I had taken a picture of him taking that picture.

  3. Hi Patrick,
This a great mix of songs! I was really impressed with the Kansas song. I have always liked Kansas -- in fact they were the opening band for my very first concert (Bad Company with Kansas opening) back in 1976 I think it was. I never heard that song and am definitely going to add it to my favs.

I also really like Lady Antebellum's song and Darius Rucker's. I've been a D Rucker fan since his Hootie & the Blowfish days...

    Have a good week,

  4. Patrick.

Nice mix of pop & country. I, especially liked Robert Plant & Alison Krauss' song which is new-to-me. I got see part of the Super Bowl half-time show. It looked like Justin was having a good time, too. Darius Rucker performed during the pre-game show. Darius has a nice voice. Lady Antebellum is one of my favorite country bands. There's no reason to be embarrassed by your mewsic choices. You did fabulous job, my friend! Have country-poptastic week!
