While Riding the Rails

Went through Southern Oregon while riding Amtrak to Eugene, Oregon:

It was a very peaceful and beautiful ride

  1. Some really nice scenery, I'm sure it looks nice in winter too with snow on the trees and mountains.

  2. Nice. I've been to Portland many times as well as other spots in the northwest part of Oregon. But I haven't explored much of southern Oregon outside of I-5. Should definitely do so at some point.

  7. That old trainstation is gorgeous. I actually thought it was here for a minute when I first saw it. Funny how they're all similar design all over the world....#Allseasons

  12. I lived in Portland for many years and took the train to and from Seattle and Northern California. The ride is beautiful in both directions. There's something so peaceful about sitting on a train, watching the world go by.
