In Bakersfield, I ate at this place called Happy Jack's Pie-N-Burger. The place opened 60 years ago and has been owned by the same family for the last 47 years.

That first dish looks like chili on Texas toast with cheese and onions, and the one below it could be apple cobbler? Whatever, they look good...
