The Flowers Are Trying to Get Out
Before our latest batch of rain, here in the Bay Area I went over to Pier 39 as they were trying to get the Tulips growing in-between our rain storms:

Oh, I love when the tulips start to bloom. Here in NE KS, Wamego has a tulip festival in April. I am planning on going. Love seeing these!
