Some Elton John to Dance To
For a little music on Monday, I decided to go a little Elton John today:
Elton John is just a legend in his own time. He has evolved over the years too and you managed to show that through these videos you posted today. Thanks for the music and have a great week.
Love that Elton John a classic in himself has done so many classic Disney tunes. I especially like the one with LeeAnne Rhymes. Beautiful, but then they all are. You really picked some classics. Thanks for sharing. Have a mustastical week! YOU ROCK!
Don't hate me, but I am not an Elton John fan - probably because my horrible cousin (who was named Eddie John, by the way), thought *he* was Elton John. But I do like your choices! :) Have a great week! :)
I have always been a Elton John fan. I am not too familiar with his newer tunes, as I am with his older stuff. Don't Let the Sun Go Down is definitely one of my top favorite tunes by EJ. Although, I appreciated the sentiments behind the rewrite to Candle in the Wind, I liked the original song best. Gr8 freebie choices. It's nice to see you on the dance floor with the 4M crew. Have a tunetastic week!
I'm having trouble getting them to load. Just Nikita and Can You Feel The Love so far - the rest have gone blank! I must be a jinx....! I'll call back in a few posts or two.
I love Candle in the Wind, whether it's the version about Princess Diana, or the one about Marilyn Monroe.
ReplyDeleteIt is a great tune. I love them both.

ReplyDeleteThe one with Rhymes is one of favorites. And you have a good week also.
DeleteHe has a beautiful voice! and an amazing back catalogue, some of his earlier music is just divine x x x
ReplyDeleteYep. I remember in college I had to DJ a easy-listening show for some reason and "Tiny Dancer" was always played.
