Chinese New Year Festival

A couple of weekends ago I went to the Chinese New Year Festival in San Francisco's Chinatown. I didn't stay for the parade but the festival was super fun with tons of people:

Again, I hope everyone prospers in The Year of the Rooster:

  10. Believe it or not where I grew up at there was a place called China Town right on the other side of the viaduct from me. We went their for dinner on special occasions, but I never saw a parade there in Chicago. China Town is located... well it goes like this... Bridgeport (Mayor Daley's neighborhood), then China Town then Downtown Chicago... Never got to go to one of their parades though :( . I should go see one. I know I'd have a good time because I'm having a great time just looking at all your photos. Thanks for sharing my friend! I still say if ever I come to your neck of the woods I'm gonna beg, and plead with you to show me around cuz you know all the FAB PLACES!!!! hugs
