Oh WOW! I haven't heard ICE in like forever. The fox is always a fun song once in a while. You've got some really cool choices today my friend. YOU'VE ROCKED THE HOUSE & THANKS for the dance! HUGS

ReplyDelete"Soulja Boy" I don't remember but all the others I've heard. I'm gonna tell I like "Call Me Maybe", so don't hate me! I even like that silly song, "The Fox". Just call me strange! Vanilla Ice was on DWTS a couple of seasons ago. He's such a likeable fellow, too. I'm not into rap (I actually hate it. However this song is tolerable) but I like Vanilla Ice as person. He seems like a decent person. Thanks for hitting the dance floor with the 4M gang and have a tunetastic week!
"Cotton-Eyed Joe" is annoying as hell, but I kind of like it. The rest of these are just annoying as hell.

ReplyDeleteWell, I have to admit I really like a couple of these - Ice Ice Baby for the David Bowie sampling and its bass line. Cotton Eyed Joe because it is...well, just so much fun. So, may I add three to your list - Friday by Rebecca Black, Barbie Girl by Aqua, and even "All About that Bass" by Meghan Trainor. No. Just no.
ReplyDeleteLol. Well, I actually wasn't familiar with most of these. Ice is okay really. The one that I do have a soft spot for is Who Let the Dogs Out: Every year the greyhound rescue group I belong to is part of the annual Chuy's Thanksgiving Parade and has a float. It's a way to get the greyhounds out in the public to promote them as pets and let people know how they can adopt them. When that song came out, our float looked like a big jail and the dogs all wore prison uniforms and we had the song blasting from the float as we walked the dogs behind it. It was a big hit. But they greys are always a big hit there and it's usually a lot of fun. So that one gets my vote! :)
