St.Francis Enchanted Castle

I am not the greatest Christmas person. To be honest, I am considered a combo of Scrooge and the Grinch. I was walked by the Westin St.Francis Hotel in Union Square in San Francisco and saw the Enchanted Castle that their executive chef Jean-Francois Houdre and his staff had created. It is a one-of-kind rotating 12-ft high Winter Wonderland.. I love the little details of it:

I probably missed 100 more of the little details but here it is in all its glory:

  6. How beautiful. I stay away from Union Square during the Holidays because of the crowds, but I now realize I'm missing a lot.

  19. Oh, dear....I have found another like me. I have all my stuff in boxes packed away out in one of our outbuildings and never take it out year after year. Once the children were gone it was over for me. I feel badly about it and usually do not say anything, but reading your first paragraph I couldn’t resist. This display is awesome none the less and I really do like it.
