Perry's Pumpkin Patch 2017

I should go to another Pumpkin Patch but Perry's is close to house and there are not ten million people there. There are people there but the place is not packed like many. It is a nice, quiet place to stroll and look at the pumpkins:

Summer of Love and Haight

This is the last post on the 50th anniversary of "Summer of Love" in San Francisco. During the summer of 1967, young people from throughout the country flocked to San Francisco for the promise of a cultural, political, and social revolution. This exhibit  by the San Francisco Public Library goes into the archives of the library and documents the upheaval of the Summer of Love of 1967 both the good and bad:

Over the last few months I have learned a lot about the "Summer of Love" and how it impacted the San Francisco Bay Area and the results are to this day. It has been a wonderful learning experience.

The Conservatory at the Bellagio 2017

Usually, I do the Bellagio Conservatory post in November or December (if I remember) but I was there a couple of weeks ago and it was just so fall, I decided to take some pics and post it now:

 

 

The Conservatory at the Bellagio in one of my favorite places to go whenever I am in Las Vegas, I just love it.
