    So were these taken in Hayward, Patrick? I noticed that's where you're from. Apparently, you live in a artistic community. Love the photos, my friend!

      Beth-These were taken in San Francisco. I live in Hayward and it is smack dab in the middle of the SF Bay Area. A nine-county area that is home to about 8 million people. Hayward is considered small at 160,000 people.

    Patrick, 12k steps a day, that's wonderful! I need to do more walking instead of sitting. I'm trying to get back into my exercise routine. I got side lined when DH got laid off and haven't gotten on track. I hope to correct these things, as I started using my elliptical again yesterday. I enjoyed your stroll through this artsy community. Thanks for sharing and have a happy WW!

    I really love seeing street art. It was one of the best things about NYC when I was there, walking around seeing all the murals and even some of the graffiti was very well done.

    The murals are interesting. We have lots of them on the buildings here, too.

    That center building in the second photo, is it an apartment building? It is very pretty. I like its symmetry.
