Music Monday: Songs of 1975
Music Monday: The goal today is find the popular songs of when you were in the first grade which for me was 1975:
These were the popular songs when I was in first grade.
DO THE HUSTLE!!!! WOO HOO I use to love to do that... I tried to make my hubby do it with me and he's crabby. bwahahaha Do you remember it? DO THE HUSTLE! Oh wait, you were only in first grade. Awww you missed out on a great dance my friend. I remember Philadelphia too. It use to play in the bar all the time when I use to tend bar at my Uncle's tavern. It put a little wiggle in my step I'll tell ya. hahahaha Have a great day & thanks for the boogie!
Glen Campbell had a silky smooth voice, didn't he? Boy, do I ever remember 'Rhinestone Cowboy' when it came out and hearing it this morning just made me smile. Gosh, I miss those old days! 1975 is the year I a stupid boy broke my heart and it wasn't the last time, either. It was all apart of bigger things to come to finding Mr. Right. :) You hit the chord straight on with your song choice - 'Jive Talk', 'Love Will Keep Us Together', 'The Hustle', & 'Philadelphia Freedom'. Thanks for taking me way back to my early teen years and while I had some heartbreak, I had a lot of happiness in those days, too. Have a boogietastic week, my friend!
1975 was the first full year of me being out of college, married and having a lot of changes in my life. Another soundtrack of my life, especially Philadelphia Freedom, Jive Talkin' and The Hustle. And oh yes, Glen Campbell. Good times!

Granny was graduated from High school that year and still remembers the songs and those days😺Pawkisses for a Happy Week ahead🐾😽💞
