Tina Turner and Proud Mary are an iconic pair of artist and song. You just can't mention one without thinking of the other. However, Creedence Clearwater Revival released an awfully popular arrangement, and then along came Tina. Thanks for a great song. Have blessed week.
ReplyDeletePatrick,
ReplyDeleteExcellent name song titles from the 80s or at least most of them are from that decade. 'Hey There Delilah' was recorded early in the millennium. Sugarland and Sara Bareilles live cover of 'Come On Eileen' was nicely done. Great job! Thanks for sharing the 4M dance floor with us, my friend. Have a boogietastic week!
Love your choices, especially "hey there Delilah"
ReplyDeleteSome real good'uns here! Great set!
ReplyDeleteDude, all I can say is YOU ROCK! You got some great pickins' here! I thought everyone would pick PROUD MARY, but so far you have been the only one! I was goin' to, but for that reason I didn't. I haven't heard Sheila in forever. I thought Prince sang that song. Shows ya how wrong a girl can be. haha Your knowledge of music is impeccable. I had a good time over here and it got my dishes done LICKETY SPLIT as they say! hahahaha Just turned up the speakers. Woo Hoo Have a rockin' week. Thanks for joinin' us!
