Music Monday: Just Some Forgotten Songs From the 90's
For this Music Monday, Just some forgotten songs from the 90's:
I thought 90's songs, I never truly got into the 90's so there was nothing I had forgotten, right? Well, wrong. Here Comes the Hotstepper grabbed me first off with his sampling of Land of 1000 Dances. Now, that was more like it! I knew about half of these songs, including Black Velvet and (how can you not know this one) Gonna Make You Sweat. The big surprise was Lou Vega doing Mambo No. 5 with Andre Rieu. What a pleasant surprise this set was.
Like Alana, I didn't get into the 90s music that much but the thing is there are some good songs to come from that decade like "Black Velvet" which totally rocks!

ReplyDeleteSongs from the 90’s…don’t know most of them, I only know what my kids were listening to. And that was mostly Radio Disney …
These are great and fun to dance to. I know the Andre Rieu one well.
