Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night

I went to go see acoustic rock musical version of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night that was put on by the Actors Ensemble of Berkeley. It was held outside at the John Hinkel Park Amphitheater. It was an amazing experience. First, they had a little warmup to get you in the mood:

And then the play:

It was a really wonderful production and in the perfect setting. I can't wait until next year.

Walking Around the Oakland Coliseum

I went to the Red Sox-A's game over the Labor Day Weekend and instead of taking shots of the game action, I decided to just take shots of the Oakland Coliseum, which is the last dual purpose stadium in baseball:

They did have a nice giveaway- A Jose Canseco Bobblehead. I didn't put in the bat that goes in his hands:

I love heading out to Coliseum to watch Major League Baseball.

Fremont Festival of the Arts

I went to the Fremont Festival of Arts not long ago. It seems like we have two or three different festivals every week during the summer months here in the Bay Area:

And they did have some music:

One of the cooler things was a display by Nathan Hot Dogs:

The Fremont Festival of the Arts was a fun time for all. I love seeing what local artists come up with:

Back A Yard Caribbean American Grill

I went to a place in Menlo Park called Back A Yard Caribbean American Grill. It is a small place with great food:

As I said the food was great:

Sometimes the small local places have the best food.
