A Visit to Rubino Estates Winery

I had a doctor's appointment over in Livermore and drove by the Rubino Estates Winery. After the appointment, I decided to stop by it. I am not a wine drinker but it was nice to walk around the place:

The inside was cool and since they had just opened there was no one there yet:

As I said I am not much of a wine drinker but I did by a little brut to take home:

I am glad that I stopped at Rubino Estates Winery and walked around.

Kate's Kitchen

I haven't done a restaurant post in a while and I don't know why. Anyway, I went to an amazing place in the Lower Haight called Kate's Kitchen. It is a small place but the food is amazing from the homemade sausage to the cornmeal buttermilk pancakes:

As I said the food is just utterly out of this world:

Kate's Kitchen is a great place to enjoy a great breakfast.

A Visit to Samuel P.Taylor State Park

Between the rain storms, I went to over to Samuel P. Taylor Park in Marin County to walk around. It was a perfect day for a hike. It was sunny and the air was crisp:

Samuel P. Taylor is a great place to walk around and enjoy the day. I surely enjoyed my time there.

Marine Mammal Center

I was able to the visit The Marine Mammal Center in Marin. The Marine Mammal Center is a rehab facility for marine animals.  Sadly, it was too cold for any of animals to be out but I was able to walk around the Center:

The vertebrae from an adult sperm whale

Even though it was cold I walked to the beach that wasn't far away:

One of the cool things while walking down to the beach is that you walk by a full skeleton on a whale:

The Marine Mammal Center in Marin is a really cool place.
