A Visit to the Ruby Hill Winery

I am not a big drinker but when some friends wanted to go to the Ruby Hill Winery in Livermore I decided to go. Everybody thinks that Napa is the only place in California where wine is made and they are wrong. The Livermore Valley area has a bunch of wineries also:

It was a nice, relaxing day with friends.

Book Passage at the Ferry Building

Book Passage is one of the coolest bookstores I have ever been. They have two stores and I took pics of the one in the Ferry Building in San Francisco. They have a lot of cool author events and happenings at the stores. The one in the Ferry Building is small but very cool:

And I said the place has some cool titles:

Book Passage at the Ferry Building is the perfect place to spend some time or go to an event they hold:

4th of July Baseball:A's vs. Marniers

A little 4th of July baseball from O.co Coliseum to share with you:

The basics of the game

Mariners catcher Jesus Surcre
A's shortstop Marcus Semien
The A's Billy Burns leading off first
The Mariners Fernando Rodney
The A's Kendall Graveman
Mariners pitching coach Rick Waits
Hail to the King-Felix Hernandez throwing a pitch
The A's win
It was great spending the 4th at the yard. Nothing beats it.
