I was gone all weekend. Out enjoying myself and taking pics. I went to Las Vegas. While in Vegas, I went to Valley of Fire State Park. It is one of the most impressive places I have ever seen. Its rock formations include limestones, shales, and conglomerates. Prehistoric users of the Valley of Fire included the Basket Maker people and later the Anasazi Pueblo farmers from the nearby fertile Moapa Valley.

Valley of Fire State Park is truly a treasure that needs to be seen by all.
