Music Monday: Songs That Inspire Me

I am not really great at telling about stuff that is personal on this blog. It is mainly for things I see and take pics of. For this Music Monday here are some songs that inspire me. I listen to them when I need that spark:

And the song I listen to every morning every morning. It is 13 minutes long but it is something that I love and inspires me every day. I have had the good fortune to chat and email the composer Tom Hedden a bunch. If you listen to it you will be uplifted and the period from 9:51 until the end of the song is super. The whole song is awesome but that part really inspires me.:

Pistahan Festival 2016

It is considered the largest celebration on Filipino Americans in the United States. Pistahan San Francisco is about the best in Filipino culture. This year I decided to focus on the art and music I saw at Pistahan:

The Pistahan Festival is one of my favorite festivals that I attend during the year. I just love it. 

High Scores: The Classic Acarde Games Museum

When I was in Alameda, I stumbled across this place called High Scores. It was an interactive arcade museum that featured some of the greatest games to ever been played. It was like $10 for two hours and all the games were set to free play. Who remembers these classic games:

It was great being to see and play these games from my misspent youth.

Cajun/Zydeco Music Festival at Ardenwood Farm

I went to a Cajun/Zydeco Music Festival at Ardenwood Farm in Fremont. The farm is part of East Bay Regional Park system and was founded in 1849 by George and Clara Patterson and the farm has been operated by the East Bay Regional Park system since 1985:

San Pedro Square Market

I went to this place San Pedro Square Market in San Jose. It is place to meet friends and there are several little places you can order food and drink from:

The San Pedro Square Market is a great place to get something to eat and enjoy the day or evening

The Art of Pinocchio

I was at the Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco and they had exhibit called "The Art of Pinocchio". It was about all the art that went into the making of the classic Pinocchio. Sssh, I wasn't supposed to take pics but I did on the sly:
