Some new/old signed books

Got some new additions to signed books over the last couple of weeks:

I  found this one in the sports section of Half-Price Books. It is a really good book because Fornoff was one of the first women to be a beat writer for a major-league baseball team. Very interesting stuff:

This next one I found at the Berkeley Friends of the Library store that was inside the store. It is a good book:

This last one I got by luck. I went into The Book Shop in Hayward to get something for somebody and Stephen Gutierrez who teaches at CSU-East Bay (It is CSU-Hayward to me) was there and I always like to support local writers and shops. So, I bought it and he signed it. It turns out to be a really good read:

I will be on the hunt for more signed books. It keeps me going and I do read them.

  1. What an interesting way to collect books!
I found you on the book hop which is amusing since I always see you with the music hop. The things we learn about others!
ANyway, come by my reading blog if you like.

  3. I came across a signed book unexpectedly today and thought of your collection. Thanks for sharing at Booknificent Thursday this week!

Love hearing comments on stuff. Please tell me what you think of the places I have been to. If you like them or not. I love comments.
