Music Monday: My Underrated Favorites from the 00's

Music Monday: Here are my favorite underrated songs from the first decade of this century:

These are just my underrated favorites from the first decade of this century. I am sure that there is more but this mine.

  1. What a bunch of feel good tunes! My favorite I have to admit is by Jason Mraz in I'm Yours! It's just one of those bounce along tunes! Okay ya got me I played it twice... hehehe! Have a rockin' week. Oh did you know that Bad Day was played on American Idol for a while there. I think American Idol is just played out its course.. besides I think "THE VOICE" is much better & totally cool. ~hehehe~ Do you like it?

  2. I'd have to agree with Marie. I'll be humming all day! :-)

  3. Patrick,

These are definitely noteworthy tunes. I'm not sure why their underrated. "Bubbly" is such a cheery, fun sounding ditty. It just makes me happy to listen to it. A couple of years Colbie's dad followed me on Twitter. I thought that was rather cool but then I got to thinking maybe it was just a spambot doing the following for him. Oh's still exciting. :) Thanks for sharing the dance floor with us today, my friend.

  4. I feel old, I don't know most of these. I do like Nickelback though.

  5. I agree with pilch92 but have heard of Nickelback. I guess it's because they're underrated.

  6. I got to agree with Marie too, Jason Mraz!
    These tunes I loved...underrated...yeah, I suppose.

    Thanks as always for dancing!

  7. Oh man, I LOVE Nickelback! That band rocks. I like their Photograph song a lot but I think my favorite by them is "Burn It to the Ground". I could listen to Nickelback all day!

I also really like Jason Mraz' "I'm Yours" -- I like his last name too. :)
Hey There Delilah is pretty good too. The others I wasn't familiar with but I really liked the last one "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter. I'll have to add that to my New Favorites playlist...

    Thanks Patrick.
Have a great rest of the week,

    Michele at Angels Bark

  8. Turns out I am familiar with three of these - Nickelback used to be played all the time on a station I listened to on the radio, and, as others have mentioned "Bad Day" was an unofficial theme song on "American Idol" back when it was a show I wanted to listen to. And I still like it!

Love hearing comments on stuff. Please tell me what you think of the places I have been to. If you like them or not. I love comments.
