Just Some Trees

 

When I was up in Apple Valley I saw a lot of tree that were changing color which something you don't see a lot of in the urban environment in which I live:

The simple things make me feel good. 

Day of the Dead

 The Hayward Library had a nice little display for Remembrances of the Day of the Dead celebration:

The Hayward Library did a good job in getting local artists together for this exhibit.

It is Halloween Week

 

I am not a big Halloween person but I was at an outdoor mall in Folsom and saw these characters hanging around:

I also went to Buffalo Bill's Brewery in my town of Hayward to check out the three pumpkins that they had on display that weigh between 800 to 1000 lbs and have a pint of dark pumpkin beer:

Just Some Pumpkins

 Pumpkin patches are all different and these pics are different patches up in the Placerville area:

It was nice to see all the different pumpkins. 

A Short Walk Around Eugene

 

Eugene is the home to the University of Oregon but it is also a pretty large town of about 170,000 and has more going on then the U of O:

And even though I didn't get to see a game played, I did get to visit the home of the High-A Eugene Emeralds - PK Park:

Eugene, Oregon is a great place to spend a little time.
