Eugene is the home to the University of Oregon but it is also a pretty large town of about 170,000 and has more going on then the U of O:
And even though I didn't get to see a game played, I did get to visit the home of the High-A Eugene Emeralds - PK Park:
Eugene, Oregon is a great place to spend a little time.

ReplyDeleteI always think of U of O when I think of Eugene, OR. I know people who went there and I always imagined it being a small town. Looks like there is quite a bit.
ReplyDeleteI live just over the ORegon border, in washington so have been to this area several times mostly for soccer tournaments.
