Lands End Hike


Lands End is one of the most stunning and interesting walks you will ever take in San Francisco. I started at the Legion of Honor Museum and walked the coastal trail and ended up at Ocean Beach. It is a trail that must be visited by all:







I was trying to be artsy here





Your reward when you are done after a mile-and-half walk of the twisty trail is Ocean Beach:




The Lands End Hike is one of the most stunning and beautiful hikes you will ever have in life.

    This is so gorgeous, I would have a hard time hiking. Too busy staring out at the water. What a gorgeous way to spend the day, the view is spectacular.

    I'm not that far from the city. I need to do this. I've walked across the Golden Gate twice and that was fabulous. What views.

    What a gorgeous walk! You did a nice job framing the ocean view with the tree on the left edge of the photo. I like your image with a star burst pattern in the sun coming through the trees. The last picture is really cool. The opening in the huge chunk of rock in the ocean looks like a heart. :) Thanks for sharing & linking up with me on not-so-Wordless Wednesday!

    I clicked on this post originally as I thought it was Lands End, Cornwall, England, but what a lovely post. My son has been lucky enough to visit San Francisco, but I had no idea there was a Lands End there. Thank you for sharing.
