I was walking around Union Square in San Francisco the other night at Twilight and decided to try some artistic pics as the sun was going down:
Below is Madien Lane, that is where the real high end shops are:
Union Square in San Francisco is beautiful at Twilight.
In 1989 I was sent to do some work for Macy's of California. You might remember that summer was really hot. Anyway, I get to my hotel (the Union Square Hotel) and learn that the air conditioning was out and they had no more fans. That has to have been the worst night I've ever spent. A shame, too: it was a very cute hotel. Fortunately my brother and his wife lived there, and I spent the second night at his place. That Macy's store is something else, HUGE. Had it been something before it was Macy's?
ReplyDeleteIt is the flagship for Macy's on the West Coast
DeleteIt's always so fun to watch a city transition from day to night.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your weekend coffee share. Very nice pictures of Union Square at twilight.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots. I've not shopped there in a very long time. Loved the Gucci store back in the day.
