Here is Part II of my visit to Petco Park-Home of the San Diego Padres. Here are things that make it unique place:

San Diego is a big military town and they honor those who are serving and have served:

| The memorial for Padres broadcaster Jerry Coleman who passed last year. He was a ballplayer, a Marine (served in WWII and Korea) and a Hall of Fame Voice of the Padres. |
The greatest player in the history of the Padres was the great Tony Gwynn who passed last year. His presence is felt all over Petco:

Petco is a great place. If you get a chance-go and catch a game and walk around.
Looks like a great time. Aww that Mickey Mouse statue is amazing :)

DeleteLUNCH TIME! Ahhhh that looks soooo good!!! What great pics. My grandson would love this place! He loves baseball so much. I know he was named after some baseball player, but I'll be darn if I can remember who. His first name is Ryan, and it was back in 1989 I believe.
