BART (our subway) hosted their annual Blue Sky Festival during a lunchtime at Justin Herman Plaza in San Francisco. The Festival focused on doing things to learn how to keep our skies blue and our Earth healthy:
It was good time in learning all the things that I can do to help the Earth.
We have many of these festivals popping up in our parts too. Go green, save the Earth, clean planet, etc., etc. Always good to know and be informed. I say everyone should just start by recycling! Thanks for visiting this week and glad you got caught up on DWTS.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great festival! There are so many things we can do for our planet and it's so important to care about taking care of it! Recycling is a way to start for sure and these kind of events are great to remind people to do so and it's really not that hard either! Thanks for sharing at Sweet Inspiration #4! Have a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good time. Thanks for linking up with with us at Family Joy Blog Link Up Party this week.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a fun festival! It is always good to learn new ways to help conserve the earth :)
ReplyDeleteI do wish the US would take on recycling as much as Europe has... that would help a ton. But, anyway that's just my opinion. :-D Your post was great, and what a fun festival.

UGH! I miss real public transportation like in the Bay Area so much! Where I live in Southern California I have to walk (or ride my bike) 3 miles to get a bus. We could do a ton for the environment just by addressing that issue.
ReplyDeleteOkay, off my soapbox. This looks like a fun festival and informative to boot. Thanks for sharing on #FridayFrivolity
Sounds like a fun event!
