Music Monday: A Salute to Veterans

Music Monday: This Music Monday is dedicated to my fellow veteran's and a thank you to anybody who has ever served a day in the military. Veteran's day is Friday and in your busy week, please say a prayer for our servicemen and women:

Going to rant for a minute, many people don't know a veteran. I know at my work I am the only veteran out of hundred people. If you  know one, take a minute and talk to them about their service or if you don't go to the VA or VFW or some organization that helps vet's and listen to their stores.

  1. I learn something new about my friends all the time, and it is nice to know that I can thank you my friend for your service. I'm proud to call you friend! hugs. Now I'm also liking you my friend for your great taste in music. It's impeccable & Toby Keith is definitely one of my most favorites! Totally cool. Wow, Celine is very young there, but holy cow they all are! Where did you find this one? Sheesh! Great fines... they all are. You rock my friend!

  2. I am proud to know veterans, including my late father who suffered a TBI in his service during WWII. I also proudly know two mothers of sons who served in Afghanistan. Thank you for choosing this theme-so appropriate.

  5. Patrick,

I left two comments previously and I'm not sure if you got them or not. Blogger is giving me a hard time this morning. But in short, I want to say thank you for your service and I appreciate your special tribute to the fine men and women who served this country so selflessly. May God bless each and everyone! It was an honor to dance with you with these beautiful tunes. Trace Adkins' "Arlington" is especially touching!

  8. My husband and two of my sons are veterans. One son did two tours of duty in Iraq and those times were the most nerve wracking. My husbands brothers and mine are also veterans. Thank you for the tribute!
