The Gardens at Palmdale
I went for a walk the other day in a newly created open space in Fremont, Ca called The Gardens at Palmdale. The Gardens have been there for ever but the land was part of Sisters of Holy Family Convent. The Sisters had the land for 70 years and in 2019, the some of the Sisters land were turned into affordable housing and The Gardens of Palmdale were created as open space as a five-acre meditation garden:
What is cool is that they still have the so-called White House and the Pink House on the property:
The Gardens at Palmdale is a really nice play to take a walk and think about things and clear your mind.
