Truckee River Walk

Going through Reno is the Truckee River and they made river walk of it:

It is a beautiful walk and one of the cool things is that you see people with inner tubes and such playing in the river when it is hot.

  14. How cool that they made a walk like that along the river. I should check it out. I'm quite interested in the Truckee because it's part of an endorheic basin (between Tahoe and Pyramid Lake).

  15. Patrick,

Beautiful place! What I find amazing is to be in the mountains beside a river and to hear that water moving! It's so loud! I prefer the gentle sound of brook to relax by, larger bodies of water make it difficult to have conversation but it's always pretty sight. Thanks for sharing and visiting today, my friend!
