Seeing Street Art in the Morning

I guess I am a little tweaked upstairs. After teaching during the most bizarre year, I decided to teach ESY. ESY is being held at middle school between the Mission District and Noe Valley in San Francisco. I haven't taught in my classroom at my school for like 15 months but do to things out-of-my control I have taught in two different classrooms in two different two schools. Oh well.

Anyway, here is some of the great street art that I get to see on my short walk from BART to my ESY home:

And I saw this on a truck as I was waiting for a light.

Hopefully in August I get to head back to my classroom. That would be so nice.LOL.

  2. Those are some cool wall paintings! I have a weakness for street art and I take photos of it as soon as I find good paintings.
I hope you will get back to your classroom soon.

  3. I love street art. I live in Bristol and we have Banksy. Sometimes we have too much graffiti but during lockdown it brightened up my walks. A local town council even employed furloughed tattoo artists to produce some murals.

  5. You have a plethora of street art in a short walk. I can only imagine what other streets hold where you live. These are all well done. I also liked that Stevie Wonder made it on the side of a truck.

  9. Very cool street art, Patrick. I wish we had more of it around here. It really adds lots of special interest to a town, I think. I hope you get into your teaching groove in your new environment soon! Thanks for linking.
