An Alternative Way Home

 

The Western Part of the Bay Bridge

Last Friday, BART (our subway) was having major issues. Basically, the system had electrical problems and the tube that connects San Francisco and the East Bay was out of service. So I had to find a different way home. I decided to take the ferry and it was a nice and relaxing trip:




The Eastern Part of the Bay Bridge

And you go by the Port of Oakland:



It was a nice alternative way home:

    I always enjoy ferry rides - probably not as fast as your usual transport, but the scenery was worth it + the serenity.
