The Work of Yoshida Hodaka

Yoshida Hodaka was a Japanese artist who was modernist who worked in woodblock print medium. He was called a rebel who combined the centuries old ways of woodblock printing with modern methods. The Asian-Art Museum had an exhibit of his work and it is first ever solo exhibition of his work in the United States:

It was great to see the work of a true master of his work.
