I hope everybody enjoyed and has a wonderful week.
Just me and my adventures in life. Life is an adventure and I try to have fun. I love being out in the world, taking pictures and being able to share them with people who come across my little space on the internet. Thanks for stopping by and peace be with you.

You found "RC Cola and A Moon Pie" too! NRBQ is like The Grateful Dead, immensely popular with no hit records to their name. Unlike the Dead, they're actually worth listening to. Great list!
ReplyDeleteYou covered a lot of different drinks with those choices.
ReplyDelete"Orange Crush" is one of my favorite songs from high school - really brought back some memories. NRBQ are new to me - never heard of 'em before now, so thanks for sharing!

I love that you went the route of the sodas! I was going to do coffee tea and me today, but went with beer and alcohol instead. Thanks for joining in the fun!

Patrick,
ReplyDelete"RC Cola and a Moon Pie" is new-to-me. While I'm not a fan of the combination, I do love the song title. I can't stomach that much sugar in one setting but my late father-in-law often ate a Moonpie with his cola. :) You and I came up with Savage Garden "Two Beds and a Coffee Machine". It's fabulous having you on the dance floor, my friend. Have a boogietastic & blessed week!
Wow! Love your choices - some are actually new to me, which is unusual! :) Hope you're having a great weekend - thanks for the awesome dance, Patrick!
ReplyDeleteHi Patrick,.
ReplyDeleteHope you're enjoying your holiday weekend. Mine has been crazy busy with dogs. Most of my boarders will be going home tomorrow evening and I'm looking forward to getting some much deserved sleep! Anyway that's why I'm so late getting to the Beverage post rounds.
Great songs here. I knew you'd have Orange Crush. I remember you saying that R.E.M. is one of your favorite bands. Most people think the song is about the drink Orange Crush but it's really about Agent Orange that the govt used in the Vietnam War to clear and kill the jungle vegetation. I used the song too in my playlist because hardly anyone you talk to knows what it really is about... :)
I had NRBQ also. They're new to me: I discovered them when looking for my beverage songs. Good stuff there!
The coffee song by Katy Perry is really good. I never heard it.
Savage Garden is good too.
Excellent song choices.
Have a good Labor Day tomorrow (well, it's today already...)
