In San Francisco behind the famed City Lights Bookstore (where the Beat Movement of the 50's started) is a cool alley named for the famous writer Jack Kerouac who spent a lot of time at City Lights. One of the cool things is that it is basically the border between Chinatown and North Beach:

ReplyDeleteI love this and would love to visit. We were set for a trip to San Francisco before Covid hit and ended up cancelling those plans. Right now masks are optional in my school district. I am wondering how soon this will change. I am vaccinated, but I will still be wearing one this year. Stay well and thanks for linking up.
