Hiking at Point Reyes


 I was able to hike at Point Reyes over the weekend. I wasn't able to do the long hike to the seashore and the beach. I just did the 1 1/2 mile woodpecker trail which was very beautiful:













And sometimes you see a banana slug:


It was a beautiful hike and a much needed one:

  2. Is that where the lighthouse is that was featured in the movie The Fog. If so, I have a photo of that place, and loved it. A long, long ride but it was worth it. Those steps though, 30 stories, I think i said. I made it down, but slowly back up. Visited my son's family, and they took me there. Your photos from your post are great. Thanks for sharing.
