I was walking through Downtown San Jose last Saturday and they something going on called VeggieFest 2023, so I stopped and took a look:
And they had some cool food products:
And I did by myself a couple of vegi snacks:

San Jose VeggieFest was interesting and I am mister meat-eater but I did learn a couple of things and I might put some more veggies in my diet.
