In your busy day, please take a moment and say a prayer all of those who have served this country.
Just me and my adventures in life. Life is an adventure and I try to have fun. I love being out in the world, taking pictures and being able to share them with people who come across my little space on the internet. Thanks for stopping by and peace be with you.

Patrick,
ReplyDeleteMy memory is a bit fuzzy but I believe you once revealed that you were in the armed services, right? If I'm not mixed up in my thoughts which isn't all that uncommon let me say thank you for your service to our country.
Great tribute to real heroes! Thank you for joining the 4M gang on the dance floor with these boogietastic song choices!
Cathy- United States Navy (1990-1994).
DeleteA fitting tribute... Thank you for your service. Did you see any action in the first Gulf War?
ReplyDeleteYes I did. On board the USS Kidd (DDG 993), we were the last ship that was in the Gulf War to leave. We left the Perisan Gulf on June 1, 1991.
DeleteThank you for your services sailor! Square that hat!!! hahahaha I remember my brother saying that to his friends when he was in the Navy. I think you may have saw his picture on FB I posted. These tunes rock, great job my friend. The last one was awesome seeing those singers so young like Celine.. WOW! Have a rockin week! Oh I saw the Bohemian Rhapsody. I cannot tell you how awesome it was. I was really moved. If you get a chance go see it. You will not regret it. We went to the matinee where it didn't cost to much.
ReplyDeleteGreat choices, and thank you for your service!
ReplyDeleteWonderful songs to remember our Veterans. Thanks for serving in the Navy!
ReplyDeleteGreat choices. I am thankful to all who have served and those currently serving.
ReplyDeleteOne of my aunts was a WAVE in World War II; stationed in England, she met a European and ended up marrying him and bringing him over to the United States after the war. "19" is so symbolic of the Vietnam War. These were all great choices (especially "Goodnight Saigon", which we both chose.) Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
